A concept found nowhere else in the world, created for Camparino by the Michelin starred Chef and Ambrogino d’Oro medal winner Davide Oldani, who blends the perfumes and flavours of high mixology with all-Italian tradition of water and flour. The result is a journey for the senses, embracing the past and shaping a food pairing experience that goes beyond the contemporary.

THE MENU

Pan’cot, created in association with Davide Oldani, is a kind of roasted bread made to a secret recipe, just like Campari. Like a blank canvas, it is designed to be matched with Campari and Campari cocktails, from lunch to dinner.

Made using natural yeast, Pan’cot is a universal recipe which creates a symphony of harmonies, balances and contrasting flavours.
This dynamic, contemporary, flexible recipe goes perfectly with every season, at all times of day: in classic Milanese style, classic Campari style.

The art of the croissant

A unique range of breakfast croissants created by our Chefs and produced daily at the Camparino in the Galleria, including "La Lina": red croissant, tinged with Campari and made exclusively using sourdough starter. An unrivalled blend of flavours to start off the morning.
