Sala Spritello cocktails

Compadre

A Negroni with a strong taste and a smoky touch. In this full-bodied and enveloping cocktail stand out the smokey notes of Mezcal and agave syrup makes it complex and gives it a tasty texture. The citrusy and fresh finish is given by the notes of chinotto and bergamot.

Campari, 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso, Montelobos Mezcal Espadìn, chinotto, lime kaffir

L'Ora del Bitter

A fortified Negroni with a lower alcohol content. Designed to capture the real essence of Negroni: a drink in which sweetness and acidity create a renewed mix of flavors.

Distilled Negroni, spicy Negroni reduction

Bitter Paloma

Simply a Bitter Paloma. Fresh and fruity with bitter notes. The perfect match of Campari, Espolòn Tequila Blanco and pink grapefruit.

"Paesaggio Quasi Tipografico"

An unusual Negroni coming from the sea. It mixes Campari with the fresh notes of orange pekoe. Refreshing cocktail taste enriched with herbaceous scents.

Campari, Espolòn Tequila Blanco, alga spirulina Sherry Fino, salt syrup, orange pekoe bitter

Porcini Negroni

A rhum Negroni with the distinctive flavor of porcini mushrooms. A bold and strong mix for true Negroni lovers.
